I Have Had Heartburn For 10years Or More Several Years

I have had heartburn for 10years or more several years ago I went to the emergency room because I had pain all day I took omeprozone which I have been taking for years I ate yogurt I took antacid pills nothing stopped my severe abdominal pain. at the e,r. they did a cat scan gave me something for my pain gave my dr. the only thing that they could see was a hiatal hernia I am still taking nexium otc what do you suggest for me I have received perscriptons from 2 different drs. can you advise me please?
