I Have Had Hematuria On And Off For Over 2years.

I have had hematuria on and off for over 2years. Mainly associated with Kidney stones. I have not had a kidney stone in over 8 months. Over the last month I have had severe abdominal pain, vomiting, was hospitalized for a partial bowel obstruction and 2 days ago the hematuria returned. CT and X-ray are negative for kidney stones. My concern is last night I passed the largest blood clot I have ever seen. It looked more like a prolapse of the bladder. it was larger than my hand and excruciatingly painful. I also have some lightheadedness, headache for 2 days and some continued lower abdomin and right flank pain. I have a urology appointment on the 30th. With the size of the clot and continued hematuria and smaller clots should I be concerned and should I seek further treatment prior to the 30th
