I Have Had Hemorragic Bulla On My Soft Palate Before

I have had hemorragic bulla on my soft palate before and now I am wondering if it is possible to have them in the throat. Tonight I felt like there was something sharp on one side of my throat. I gagged to try to get it up and a spurt of blood came out of my mouth. It did not continue to bleed and felt like bullas feel. Would it likelly have been this?
