I Have Had Hemorrhoid Banding Done And 3 Weeks Ago

I have had hemorrhoid banding done and 3 weeks ago just had hemorrhoid surgery done. I still have stitches and still feel the lumps not sure if successful. Was wondering after looking through Internet, I have had this issue and lots of pain since dec of 2014.i have had diarrhea for over a year, sometimes comes on sporadic.would I may happen to have chromes or ibs that might would have started this problem ?
