I Have Had Hemorrhoids For Over A Year And I

I have had hemorrhoids for over a year and I have a dependency on miralax in order to not have bloody stool. Every time I've tried to ween off on the third day I will reopen my hemorrhoid and will have bloody stool. is this normal? My doctor gave me a colonophiscy about one year ago and removed two pulips I think they were unrelated and am hesitant to go back to my doctor. He insisted that I should not do a surgery since this can cause further problems if done incorrectly. I would like my old life back please help. I am 32 years old and do a lot of physical activity.
