I Have Had High Blood Pressure For The Last Two

I have had high blood pressure for the last two weeks. My systolic has ranges from 139-174 and my diastolic has ranged from 89-102. I'm only 23 years old. I'm active. But I have been having headaches lately too. And I can feel when my blood pressure 's rising and that's when I usually take a reading. I'm not sure what 's going on!
