I Have Had Hip& Upper Front Thigh Aches And Pains

I have had hip& upper front thigh aches and pains for a few months now. Came on all of a sudden. I am overweight for my height. I am concerned however, I have just started having stomach pains and diarhea for about 4 days now, was wondering if any of it is related.
