I Have Had History Of Pile,it Usually Comes And Last

I have had history of pile,it usually comes and last for a week or two but this time around it has linger longer than usual and more painful than usual.
I've changed my diet, I take more water and also sitbath and the pain has reduced but I recently noticed a part of my anus flesh sticking out, it's sensitive and when I have a bowel movement i feel pains but not severe pain.
