I Have Had Horrible Stomach Pains For Over Two Months

I have had horrible stomach pains for over two months now. I have eaten to try and make it better or not eaten. I changed my diet as well. It is constant whether sleeping or not. I can't exercise or get it to stop. I don't take any pain meds but nothing will make it stop. Pls help.
