I Have Had Indigestion & Heartburn Going On Two Weeks,

I have had indigestion & heartburn going on two weeks, along with back pain, bloating, sweating with chills, abdominal tenderness, nausea. I have started taking nexium and lots of tums with no real relief. The pain is off and on, but the bloating and feeling uncomfortable has stayed. I have never had any problems with heartburn until now. I went to urgent care over the weekend because pain was intolerable. They did ekg- at time I was not in lots of pain, ekg was fine, they prescribed omeprazole dr 20 mg and said to go to er if pain persisted.
I am very sore in my abdomen and back, want to know if my symptoms could be something other than heartburn & indigestion. Not getting much sleep. Don't know what to do to get some relief.
