I Have Had Intense Lower Back For Over A Year

I have had intense lower back for over a year now. It is gradually getting worse. But now it hurts to go to the bathroom. Urinating and deficating. I am constantly cramping in my lower abdomen and ovary area. My urine is foul smelling .Could anyone possibly know what is wrong with me. I've had an ultrasound of my ovaries thinking something was wrong there but theres nothing wrong. I am so worried all the time.
