I Have Had Intense Lower Back Pain On My Left

I have had intense lower back pain on my left side since December and I'm at the point where I can't stand, walk, lay down or even sit to long without changing positions... I have pain and at times numbness down only left leg.. And no one seems to have answers. I'm at my breaking point! I've recently noticed if I lay down on my back and then bring my knees to my chest my lower back feels like my lumbar section is all colliding together ... What should I do?
