I Have Had Intercourse This Past Week Twice There Was

I have had intercourse this past week twice there was a condom involved. After I have sex I typically use metronidazole to prevent any bacteria infection i'very used it for the past cpuple of days and I noticed that I had this radish clumpy discharge after going to the bathroom. What would be the cause of this?
