I Have Had Intermittent Diarrhea For The Last 8 Days-nothing

I have had intermittent diarrhea for the last 8 days-nothing I do helps. it just shows up out of nowhere-no fever, no indigestion. no stomach ache-but it makes me tired from going all the time-one nite I threw up twice. one nite I had cramps so bad in both thighs that I couldn't move my right leg. I have been drinking water. I will be ok for awhile nd then if I eat something-anything-it all starts again. any solutions?
