I Have Had Intermittent Pain In Both Sides Just Under

I have had intermittent pain in both sides just under my ribs and down the sides of my abdomen for 10 days. Only comes in the afternoon and lasts one or two hours. It is severe pain that stops me doing anything. Buscopan is the only thing that relieves it. I have had diarrhea with it for the last four days also. It's getting worse every day. The pain runs across the top of my abdomen also. No fevers, a little nausea while the attack are happening but I'm fine when I wake up and for the rest of the day! My appetite is fine also
