I Have Had Invisible Biting Bugs For The Last 6

I have had invisible biting bugs for the last 6 years and after so many sprays and foggers I have no progress in resolving this huge problem. I live alon and no pats. As I walk through my house I can fill them jump on my legs specially when I stand in front of the kitchen and bathroom sink. I use lint roll but can't see anything on it. Have to buy microscop but don't know what kind. I am a clean freak and have declatarate house. I can fill the bites as they happened. Have a lots of them on my back. There is a stain on my bed shits, (there are white), towels, my underwear, my light clothing that I can see. How ever the stain looks yellowish colour not
like blood stain. I am going out of my minde and no one believes me. I hav no one coming to my house and I do not go to no ones house. The only son and his family have not been in my house for years. We only see each other in public places. Help please!!!
