I Have Had Irregular Spotting With Lower Back And Side

I have had irregular spotting with lower back and side pains/discomfort . I have frequent urination, food aversions, and dormant nausea with and without vomitting. I've taken two pregnancy tests that's have showed negative, is it possible the hormone levels are too low at this time? I was checked for cysts and appendicitis which both have showed negative.
