I Have Had Itchy Breasts For Around 3-4 Months And

I have had itchy breasts for around 3-4 months and a vein round my left nipple has appeared. I came off the depo injection july 21st so my last injection was May i believe, my stomach below my breasts and above my belly button is hard, do you have any idea what could be wrong with me please.
