I Have Had Itchy Palms And Soles Of Feet If

I have had itchy palms and soles of feet if i go outside in the garden in bare feet? there is no rash and it subsides when I wash my hands and for my feet I had to have a hot shower as nothing would stop the itching as it became unbearable. I have never had this before This has occurred for the first time for an a couple of days now.
