I Have Had Kidney Stones Since Around '99,the Last Time

I have had kidney stones since around '99,the last time that I felt like this that's what it was. I get this "fluttering "feeling under my left rib cage, no pain yet. I have a vitamin D deficiency but my anxiety gets bad when I get this fluttering under left rib cage but above belly button. I am planning to go to er if it persists or pain starts. My anxiety keeps me from going to see a doctor right away.
