I Have Had Knee Pain For 2 Years From Osteoarthritis.

I have had knee pain for 2 years from osteoarthritis. 2 months ago I started with hip pain. And now I have 3 random lumps in my thigh tissue, They are tender. I also have RA and I am on Humira. I did get a Kenalog injection in my hip and it did feel better for a few weeks. They were treating as a bursitis caused by my knee pain. I am suppose to start PT. The lumps have been there for the last few months. I have not mentioned the lumps to my doctor as I did not feel it was important but know I am wondering if there could be a connection. Should I be concerned with the lumps?
