I Have Had Knee Problems In The Past. However Today

I have had knee problems in the past. However today I was just walking nothing strenuous and it felt like the inner side of my right knee had become dislocated. No real pain associated with it, just an uncomfortable feeling. It has been happening all morning, but not consistently every time I put weight on it.
