I Have Had Knee Replacement Surgery About 6weeks Ago And

I have had knee replacement surgery about 6weeks ago and every since I have been throwing up and diarrhea for got to tell dr that I cant have metal I am allergic could this be happening cause of my need
I cant even drink water and all m blood work they say is normal
