I Have Had Left Mid Axillary Pain At A Sudden

I have had left mid axillary pain at a sudden onset for at least four days now. The pain is constant. It is achey and sharp at times but never ending. Ct scan shows nothing. I to however, have a uti. I've never had this pain before. My skin feels irritated and even burned at times. Nothing makes it worse or better. Can you help me?
