I Have Had Left Side Pain For 3 Weeks Or

I have had left side pain for 3 weeks or so. They did a scan and ruled out kidney stones, gallstones, colon problems. Sometimes the pain is in the back just under the waist and sometimes it is in front. The pain is usually a dull pain and does not keep me from walking or bending. I have problems laying down in bed and spend the night in the recliner. Any suggestions? I have a Dr. appointment tomorrow.
