I Have Had Leg And Joint Pain (especially At Night

I have had leg and joint pain (especially at night when sleeping). It is almost like it is the bone itself and not the muscle or other tissue. It is a burning/constant pain and when I rub the area that is hurting it as if my rubbing can't get down to the bone to help with any relief. I have to get up and walk around and take an Ibprofin 800 to get some relief. I am a diabetic who has been on pills for 25 years. Per my Dr. I only have a mild form of arthritis. I am over weight and have swelling issues with my ankles. What can you tell me to look into so that I can get some relief from this pain?
