I Have Had Little Moles Pop Up On Me Ever

I have had little moles pop up on me ever since I got pregnant with my second son. He is now a little over a month old and they still have not went away. They are on my chest area between my breasts and there a couple on my neck and shoulders it's weird and I don't know why? What could cause this and how do I get rid of them if possible without surgery? I back for my postpartum papsmear on the 29th of this month.
