I Have Had Lose Stools, With The Need To Go

I have had lose stools, with the need to go often. And when I do, there is mucus and sometimes blood. I've not had an appetite. I have had increased fatigue but when I lay down I can't sleep.
I don't have pain, but have been gassy and bloated and feel extremely uncomfortable stomach wrench of the urgent gurgle before I have to go.
