I Have Had Lots Of Sexual Encounters And Done Pretty

I have had lots of sexual encounters and done pretty much every sex act in the book except full vaginal penetration. And every time I do try having vaginal sex the penis can't go in more than like an inch for some reason? This has happened like three or four times and it's embarrassing and frustrating. Is this a problem I should see a doctor about?
