I Have Had Lower Abdominal Discomfort/pressure For Several Days With

I have had lower abdominal discomfort/pressure for several days with regular sharp pains and gas. My stomach feels like someone is squeezing and poking fingers in with severity from 1-5. Some diarreah. I was constipated for several days and took some magnesium citrate on 1/31/17 which cleaned me out but the pain and discomfort has persisted and seems to be getting more intense. I am on no prescription medications, just dietary supplements.
