I Have Had Lower Back Of HEAD, DOWN MY NECK

I have had lower back of HEAD, DOWN MY NECK AND SHOULDER PAIN FOR QUITE SOMETIME NOW. I HAVE SEEN TWO DOCTORS FOR THIS. ONE TOLD ME I HAVE "COMPUTERITIS" AND I WAS TOLD TO LOOK UP FROM MY COMPUTER AT WORK EVERY 15 MINUTES (IMPOSSIBLE). The other really wasn't sure. Neither did any kind of testing. It has gotten much worse and now I have swelling on top of both color bones. I have a lot of trouble sleeping and also have a constant nagging headache.
