I Have Had Many Back Surgeries Last One In August

I have had many back surgeries last one in august 2015.....however suddenly I have severe pain in my mid back left side that wraps around to the front....I cannot sit, stand, lie down, walk , etc. I notice I am working bent over and the pain keeps me nauseated....my bowels and urine are ok....but I sometime feel chilled....I called both my drs who have not got back with me and I think I may have to go to the hospital. Help meplease
