I Have Had Many Bacterial Uti's That I Have Been

I have had many bacterial uti's that I have been treated for by IV fluids as well as meds PO...my question is after if stop the antibiotics I have an odor around my clit area. There is nothing vaginally it just seems to be at the clit area and mostly after I urinate...I can take Keflex and as long as I am on that it stops...but a soon as I come off the antibiotics it starts all over again. It gets worse as the day goes on.
