I Have Had Many Blood Test And Heart Test And

I have had many blood test and heart test and all normal. My blood pressure is normal and I got a pinch nerve in my neck. I have been going to my chiropractor for three months now. I have been having anxiety and panic attacks for four months now and my muscle tension and discomfort seem to make anxiety symptoms happen all the time. So can pinch nerve in my neck and back cause my anxiety? Also my doctor said my hormones is normal but I am having perimenopauae symptoms an I am 41. Plus I have facial hair but she said my test is normal. I believe my testosterone level is too high so what I can do? OMG this anxiety drives me crazy.
