I Have Had Many Cortisone Shots In The SI Joint

I have had many cortisone shots in the SI joint and hip and quit taking them as they don't do much anymore. In 7-8 years three times a year. Now the large bursa connecting to hip spasms so much it pulls the nerves in feet and toes, gone down through legs. Thanks
