I Have Had Massive Back Pain For 3 Weeks. I

I have had massive back pain for 3 weeks. I now have other body aches, headaches and nausea. The back pain started in my right hip and went around up to my right upper back. My left side lower back and hip hurt a little. I was told severe muscle spasm and possible herniated disc. My MRI is Friday. I'm just wondering if it could be anything else? Thanks.
