I Have Had Massive Pressure Followed By Stabbing Feeling In

I have had massive pressure followed by stabbing feeling in top of my head followed by dizziness and vomiting for 6 days now. Doctors keep treating me for migraines but haven't given me a xray or cat scan. Now on the top of my head near my hair line I keep feeling like my hair is falling or I have something crawling there. It's in the same spot really bothersome do you know what these signs could be?
