I Have Had Massive Stomach Pains That I Can Only

I have had massive stomach pains that i can only relate to as contractions. These come after what i assumed was my period but continued bleeding for 14 days. Stomach is bloated and tender to touch with sharp intense pains so bad i cant stand up straight or sleep.
