I Have Had Migrains Since I Was 9 It Runs

I have had migrains since I was 9 it runs in my family, but lately I have had severe pain in the back of my head on the right side, it feels like electric shocks at times and it is a daily thing. Just had cat scan and came back normal? Any suggestions? I also had a rosotomy on lower back and this pain had started since that was done
