I Have Had Mild Hepatomegaly And My Liver Enzymes Were

I have had mild hepatomegaly and my liver enzymes were severely increased. Once that came down,I started experiencing pain in the right side of the upper abdomen. I have elevated urine copper levels and vitamin d3 deficiency. I have been getting recurrent uti,muscle weakness,slight fever,severe head aches,nausea,vomiting,and loss of apetite. What could possibly be the reason?
