I Have Had Mild Vertigo Since 2001 I Recently Had

I have had mild vertigo since 2001 I recently had pneumonia and the drugs I was prescribed amped it up significantly. Have already seen an ENT have had an MRI and done the VNG testing. Hearing loss was detected on both sides. Symptoms are getting worse when I do work outside. I need to know what to do to help elevate the discomfort because I am scheduled to return to work after being off for 10 months due to shoulder surgery
