I Have Had Moderate Pain In My Lower Left Abdomen.

I have had moderate pain in my lower left abdomen. it does not hurt to the touch. however, when I stand up I have severe lower back pain and my guy feels as if ive been lightly hit in the testicles. What could this be? I have had two kidney stones in the past but never felt them pass.
