I Have Had Moderate To Severe Pain Radiating Down The

I have had moderate to severe pain radiating down the backs of both arms simultaneously to the point where it stops me in my tracks. The pain wraps around to the top of my forearms and into my hands which feel very weak. There is no jaw pain nor pressure in my chest, nor shortness of breath. I am not overweight and maintain a very healthy diet. My BP is 131/84.
These episodes come on out of the blue and last for about 1 minute. Very puzzled.
