I Have Had Multiple Surgeries; Laparoscopy, Laparotomy, Colostomy And Reversal

I have had multiple surgeries; laparoscopy, laparotomy, colostomy and reversal of colostomy within 1 year span. The emergency laparotomy was done due to a blunder from the laparocopic surgery to remove a cyst by a gynae specialist and subsequently colostomy was done because of complications. Will I be needing another surgery if adhesion sets in?
