I Have Had My Depo Shot For 5 Years Now

I have had my depo shot for 5 years now and I have never had my period. Slight spotting sometimes but never this bad. The last 2 days I have been spotting pretty thick with slight cramps. I'm very worried this is not normal. I have not had sex in almost 2 weeks.
