I Have Had My Ear Clogged Since Sunday And I

I have had my ear clogged since Sunday and I just started to have a high pitched noise in the same ear. Is this something serious? I saw my primary physician whom at first thought it was just wax but she referred me to an ENT as she saw fluid in my eardrum. My ENT appt is not until Tuesday. I started to take sudafed to see if it would help with clogging ear. I can't barely hear from my right ear
