I Have Had My Ears Aching For The Past 4

I have had my ears aching for the past 4 days as well as somewhat sneezing but hardly noticeable and now my nose is clear. But the worst is that my back aches between my shoulders and when I walk it really hurts and when there is a lot of impact like if I try to run it is unbearable. I also feel this in my stomach. My daughter was just diagnosed with strep throat. But my throat is fine. Neither she or myself have had any fever

Any ideas of what this could be?
