I Have Had My Eyebrow Raised Due To A Mini

I have had my eyebrow raised due to a mini stroke or bellspaulsy on one side so the dr has made a cut right above my eyebrow and has used dissolving stitches it is very raised with a ridge and still purple my glands have been extremely sore under my arms as well could this be due to an allergic reaction
