I Have Had My Eyes Go Unfocused A Couple Times

I have had my eyes go unfocused a couple times over the past few weeks. It seems to be my right eye as I videoed it with my phone while it was happening and you could see my right eye going slightly crossed. I have been under a lot of stress lately. I lost my little brother to cancer in September and them my wife to a fatal heart attack in November. needless to say I don't sleep that great and I have a lot of grief to deal with daily. that is all ok though I have god familial and friend support and I am in the cue for some counciling. It does seem to happen when I have had a particularly poor night sleep or when I have used sleep aids for a couple three days in a row
