I Have Had My Hands Swelling Every Night And Constant

I have had my hands swelling every night and constant peeling of skin, very painful, have tried just about every cream on the market, very frustrated have been to Doctor 3 times, They crack and peal over and over. I am not a diabetic they tell me, having similar problems with my feet as well.
